The Greatest Leaders Share This One Skill

VISION.

Leaders use vision to lift people beyond the challenge of the moment, and convert them into solvers and creators of a new, more exciting future.

But before you create a compelling vision for others, you must create one for yourself.

Here's a simple 3-step strategy to become a better visionary starting today:

1️⃣ The building blocks of vision are relationships, experiences, and feelings. List the most profound of these in your life.

Then create more blocks.

2️⃣ Connect with inspiring people, try new things, break your routine, and travel. It's hard to have vision if you haven't seen anything in a while.

And put them together.

3️⃣ Envision a life where the truly outstanding people, feelings, and experiences are no longer the exception, but the norm.

Visions feel so much more real when they are connected to what we know is already possible.

Once you get people to feel the possibility, they'll join you in making it a reality.

I used this strategy for my own life and to create the vision for my coaching company to share with my team. Everything I write here is my own experience, and it is my wish that you use it to get to where you want to go just a little bit faster.
